International Masturbation Month

The month of May is International Masturbation Month.  The sensual ladies at Good Vibrations, a sex toy shop in San Francisco began celebrating National Masturbation Month way back in 1995.  It was started to raise sexual awareness and educate people that is was OK to touch oneself.  We are all aware of the stigma of masturbation growing up.  Nobody talked it about it openly, and if you did, you were most likely ridiculed and shamed.  Especially by the catholic school nuns.  It was a SIN!
